Director of Marketing

The role includes developing, delivering content and email campaigns to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and website traffic. The Director will also be responsible for trade show execution and lead generation. They will need to be proficient in tools such as CRM, ZoomInfo, and Website Tracking tools. 

What you will do: 

Create Content 

  • Engaging, creative email copy content with impact to drive Qualified leads 
  • Take complex technical concepts, ideas, and features and turn them into compelling Blogs, Whitepapers, Articles, and Web content 
  • Analyze email metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates to understand the effectiveness of email tactics, including reporting results to the marketing team and making recommendations on areas of improvement. 
  • Attend regular meetings with sales & marketing teams, presenting results of content creation and email marketing tactics 

Trade Show Execution 

  • Own event logistics and execution for trade shows and other industry events. 
  • Create air cover to support the Trade show in advance and follow up campaigns to drive continued engagement after the event

Be the “Lead Leader” 

  • Be able to use tools such as CRM, ZoomInfo, and a full suite of web tools to drive leads 
  • Own the logistics of the Lead=> Qualified=> Marketing Qualified Lead funnel 

What You Bring to This Role: 

  • Minimum of three years’ professional experience in a relevant marketing, business, or communications role in a corporate or agency environment. 
  • Proven ABM capability including email marketing success in a professional environment. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to turn technical concepts and features into compelling content. 
  • Superior project management skills, with an ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment 
  • Ability to deal with uncertainty and formulate workarounds to get the job done – being resourceful while following all Company policies and standards 
  • Diploma or undergraduate degree 
  • Strong working knowledge of the MS Office Suite – Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint (intermediate level). 
  • Working proficiency in Adobe Acrobat and HTML 
  • An understanding of the Data Center Industry and Telcom industries 
  • Sales process of B2B IT/OEM software solutions to corporate decision-makers 
  • Demonstrated ownership and experience of Trade Show organization and execution 
  • Strong knowledge of CRM systems, Zoho experience preferred 
  • Must be a US Citizen, Permanent Resident, or EAD Card Holder.
