- DCIM Systems Deployment: Administer, configure, and customize Modius OpenData, a DCIM platform, to align with customer operational processes and business requirements.
- White Space Assessment & Audit: Conduct and coordinate on-site audits of racks, power distribution, cooling paths, and device inventories to reconcile “as-built” with “as-run” conditions and ensure accuracy in the DCIM model.
- Integration & Data Onboarding: Collaborate with integration engineers responsible for the integration of diverse IT and facility systems (servers, switches, UPS, CRACs, generators, PDUs, etc.) into the DCIM environment, using standard protocols (SNMP, Modbus, BACnet, Redfish) and API-based connections.
- Commissioning & User Acceptance Testing: Develop test plans, run commissioning/UAT sessions, validate system outputs, and ensure successful hand-off to production.

- Troubleshooting & Continuous Improvement: Diagnose and resolve issues across all application layers of the DCIM product. Recommend enhancements and best practices to optimize usage.
- Project Planning & Collaboration: Work closely with Modius project managers, customer stakeholders, and vendor partners to scope, schedule, and deliver successful deployments.
