The workflow engine tracks everything. Each user, each step, every field update, and acknowledgment of completion of physical tasks are tracked. The history is available via a quick view or the OpenData Analytics module. The workflow engine is integrated into the OpenData User interface to reduce errors and accelerate processes. It directly spawns dialogs and user interactions from within a workflow, saving time and reducing errors when navigating to targets or selecting menu options.
